Coca cola originally contained cocaine...
History tells us that when coca cola was first introduced in 1886, it was promoted as a patent medicine, an 'intellectual beverage' to boost brain power and cure nervous afflictions like hysteria, sick headache etc. Coca shrub - the source of cocaine provided one of the ingredients. Of course back then cocaine was legal and sold over the counter but by perfecting the process of removing all psychoactive elements from the coca leaf extract, scientists were able to make coca cola completely cocaine free as it is today.

As far as I'm I'm concerned people just want to create sensational titles to attract traffic to their sites. We all know that coke has been cocaine or any such thing free for some 100 ears now.
