Fayrouz
Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

“The
color of our Fayrouz Non-Alcoholic Cocktail reminds me of the color of the sand
in the desert and the coral in the sea. Many palm trees are indeed growing on
the shoreline of the Red Sea and some carry coconuts while others have dates.
We use them to make some of our local non-alcoholic signature drinks, such as the
Fayrouz.”
Ingredients:
3 tbsp (43 g) of sopya (coconut powder)
7 oz (200 ml) milk
10 mint leaves, plus 2 more for garnish
Coconut shavings
Crushed ice

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve in a double martini glass over crushed ice.
